Staff
STS has a small but
highly trained set of technicians who are qualified to at least degree level in IT, along with
specialist training related to the PC
infrastructures found in the educational
environment. This includes RM specific training such
as Connect Systems, SchoolShare and software
application and integration. This training allows us
to provide you with multi skilled professionals who
are able to solve and advise on most issues relating
to your network. We also work in close conjunction
with an independent support company who provide specialist
assistance in resolving hardware issues. Along with
having the appropriate qualifications and knowledge
we also understand the importance of effective
communication and interaction to develop a
successful partnership between us and our clients.
All our technicians
have also undertaken police security tests as
required when working at a school and are fully
insured for the work they undertake.
